The service
Pod Promo hosts your podcast: audio storage, public show pages, and RSS feeds for distribution to podcast directories. Access requires an active paid subscription.
Your content
You own everything you upload. By publishing through Pod Promo you grant us the license needed to store, stream, and distribute your episodes on your behalf — nothing more. You're responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or abuses the service (e.g. using storage for non-podcast files). We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Billing & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your settings page; your shows stay live until the end of the paid period.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.
