From signing in to a live RSS feed in about ten minutes.

Pod Promo hosts your audio, generates your feed, and gives every episode a public page. This page walks the whole path once, end to end.
1. Sign in
Go to the sign-in page and use either Google or an email magic link. There is no password to remember.
Your account is created on first sign-in, along with the workspace that holds your shows.
Pod Promo is subscription-only — there is no free tier. You will be asked for billing details before you can publish.
2. Create your show
From Your shows, choose New show and fill in:
- Title — what listeners see in their podcast app
- Description — one or two sentences on who the show is for
- Cover art — square JPG or PNG, at least 1400×1400px
- Slug — the URL for your public page, e.g.
podpromo.ai/my-show
Slugs are first-come, first-served and become part of your feed URL, so pick one you can live with.
3. Upload an episode
Open the show and choose New episode. Drag in your audio file — MP3 or M4A/AAC, up to 2 GB. Nothing is re-encoded, so the file listeners get is the file you uploaded.
Add a title and description, then either publish immediately or pick a future date and time.
4. Submit your feed
Your feed is live the moment your first episode publishes:
https://podpromo.ai/your-show-slug/feed.xml Open your show’s RSS & distribution page, copy that URL, and submit it to Apple Podcasts and Spotify. You do this once per directory — every future episode arrives automatically.
The distribution guide walks the whole thing step by step, including YouTube, Amazon Music, and the rest.
Do not change your show slug after submitting to directories. Directories treat a changed feed URL as an entirely different show, and your subscribers do not follow.
